  3. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Fly Moon Holidays is not liable for any losses not covered by your personal travel insurance.

  6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

    • While we strive to ensure a smooth travel experience, Fly Moon Holidays acts only as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
    • We are not responsible for:
      • Delays, cancellations, or changes in schedules by service providers.
      • Loss, damage, or injury arising from third-party services.
      • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.

  7. Changes & Amendments

    • Fly Moon Holidays reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
